- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1/2 cup of ions or 1/4 cup of onion flakes (onion flakes are better)
1 cup of long grain rice
1 tablespoon of oregano (dried)
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley chopped
1 teaspoon of balck pepper
2 cups of chicken broth
Melt butter in sauce pan, add next five ingredients and brown ... add chicken broth. Cover and cook for 25 minutes or untill liquid is absorbed.
